Yes, we offer delivery services for your convenience. Our team will ensure that your order is safely transported to your desired location, whether it's a residential address or a commercial site. Delivery charges may vary depending on the location and size of the order
Our tiles will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your required delivery address. The driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property due to insurance contraventions.
If you had already ordered samples, which is something we actively encourage before committing to placing an order, we will carry out checks to ensure you were sent the correct samples and the correct tiles that correspond to the samples and the order. We will also ask you to send photos of the tiles you received to help us work out what has gone wrong, and resolve the situation. If you had not ordered a sample, Meraki Ceramics cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy from the images on the website, and how they appear on your screen.
