a. Online & In-Store Payments

  • Cash Payments (in-store only)
  • Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit
  • Paytab (if enabled)

b. For Delivery Orders

  • Online card payment
  • Bank transfer before dispatch
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in selected areas only

2. Payment Processing

  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways compliant with UAE standards.
  • Orders are processed after successful payment verification.
  • For bank transfers, customers must share a valid payment slip for confirmation.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for selected products and locations.
  • A small COD service fee may apply based on courier charges.
  • Customers must ensure accurate address details to avoid failed deliveries.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier or market updates.
  • Promotional prices or discounts apply only during the specified duration.

5. Order Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Custom-made items or special-size products may require advance payment.

7. Security & Fraud Prevention

We use industry-standard security measures to protect customers from fraudulent transactions and unauthorized access. Orders may be held or cancelled if suspicious activity is detected until verification is completed.
