Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, and warranty documents.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. For online payments, a 5% processing fee may apply.
Important: Tiles, slabs, adhesives, and custom-made items are non-returnable once installed. Customized or special-order items are only eligible for return if faulty on arrival.
