Shipping and Return Policy

At Mayyas Homes, we are committed to delivering a seamless, transparent, and refined shopping experience across the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains our shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and force majeure guidelines.

 Shipping

  • We deliver across the United Arab Emirates 
  • Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Typical delivery timeline: 3–5 business days, depending on product size and location.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, and warranty documents.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. For online payments, a 5% processing fee may apply.
Important: Tiles, slabs, adhesives, and custom-made items are non-returnable once installed. Customized or special-order items are only eligible for return if faulty on arrival.

 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Please notify our team at the time of delivery if an item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If you need to cancel or change an order, contact our customer support promptly.
